  • Developed various soft skills, and encouraged employees to demonstrate them through real on-the-job examples. The training enables the participants to elaborate on case studies and share best practices capitalizing on the experience

  • Another focus is the communication in intercultural environment and its challenges. The assignment involved development of a fully-fledged team of trainers, including train-the-trainer sessions, testing, knowledge checks, training content development and deployment
